1. Introduction

Welcome to SocialRouter. By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Use of License

SocialRouter grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the application strictly in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the application.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

SocialRouter offers premium features through in-app purchases and subscriptions.

• Processing: All payments are processed securely by Apple via the App Store.
• Management: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings.
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy. We do not have the ability to process refunds directly.

4. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information (we don't collect any).

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. SocialRouter makes no warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the service.

We are not responsible for any data loss, interruptions, or errors that may occur while using the application.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall SocialRouter or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the application.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the application signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
